I’m Ian; I live in West Sussex with my family, and I set up this blog to share amazing days out in the UK with you.
Please note, if you are looking for the kind of days out that involve getting very cold, going very fast, high up, low down (to the point of being underground) or that need equipment, you may be better off with a different blog. I am more into walking slowly around places that you buy a ticket to get into, nodding and smiling at things and then going to the gift shop and café for a souvenir and a cake. So, if that sounds like your thing, you’ll almost definitely find something here. Unless it’s in Scotland because I have only been there once and it was for work. And I’ve never been to Northern Ireland. My experience of Wales is limited.
